Ecuador - The government imposed persona non grata Ecuador, aka expel U.S. Ambassador (USA), Heather Hodges. The expulsion was linked to secret U.S. embassy report on Ecuador's top Latin American official, who leaked to the page WikiLeaks. According to CNN, the news agency disclosed Ecuador, Andes News Agency on Tuesday. Ecuadorian Foreign Minister, Ricardo Patino, diplomatically rejected the notion that his government's decision on Hodges as expulsion. The U.S. Ambassador was simply no longer allowed to serve in Ecuador.
