About 20,000 people with severe mental disorders (schizophrenia) in Indonesia live in the stocks

About 20,000 people with severe mental disorders (schizophrenia) in Indonesia live in the stocks. Ignorance about mental illness, economic constraints, as well as access to health care is expensive and causes far only a few people with severe mental disorders who receive treatment.
"The attitude of aggressive, emotional, paranoid, and hostile to others who demonstrated severe mental disorders, some communities memasung their families suffering from mental disorders. In fact, it is a symptom of disease, "said Director of Mental Health, Ministry of Health, Irmansyah, in Jakarta, Friday (7 / 10).
Society still considers severe mental disorder is not a medical issue, but as a "disease" caused by demons or possessed by a curse. This makes the efforts of medical conditions that do actually get a rejection from family.
Health Research Association 2007 Kemkes shows, people with severe mental disorders in Indonesia reached 0.46 percent, or about 1 million people. The highest prevalence in Jakarta (2.03 percent), Aceh (1.9 percent), and West Sumatra (1.6 percent).
In addition to the deprivation, mental health disorders cause a variety of social issues, ranging from divorce, suicide, fights, domestic violence, use of narcotic and addictive substances, to unemployment and poverty.
Mental health facilities are very limited. According to the Directorate General of Health Efforts Secretary, Ministry of Health, Adi Kuntjoro Purjanto, currently there are 48 mental hospitals with 7716 beds. The role of private sector is still small.
However, many psychiatric hospitals proposed change of status into a public hospital. As for paying less attention to the general hospital mental health services.
Mental health workers is very limited. Standard World Health Organization (WHO) said the ideal ratio of mental health specialist (psychiatrist) with the population is 1: 30,000. However, in Indonesia, the ratio of psychiatrists and 0.22 reach a new population: 100,000.
"Currently there are only about 600 psychiatrists," said Irmansyah.
Health Minister reminded Sedyaningsih Endang Rahayu, mental health experts to prepare a management plan with a mature mental health. Looking ahead, the potential for mental disorders will increase as economic growth. "If it's too late to anticipate, it takes a huge cost to care for and treat it," he said.

Satisfaction of sex and physical intimacy

When newly married, sex is one of the most desirable partner. However, after walking a few years, the marriage began to face a variety of disorders, which ultimately impact on sex life. The reduced frequency of intercourse, or reduced quality of intimate relationship itself, often experienced by couples.
"When married, these couples tend to lack knowledge about sex, and how it can affect their marriage later," said Kristina Dzara, in his article entitled Assessing the Effect of Marital Sexuality on Marital Disruption.
While doing research on the role of sex for marriage, Dzara using panel survey of 1,000 newly married couples in Louisiana, United States, ages 28 years and the wife's husband of 30 years. He uses three measures of sexuality within the first 3-6 months of marriage, which is based on the frequency, satisfaction, and agreement antarsuami wife about their sex lives. The third measure is used to predict the divorce rate after five years of marriage.
Frequency of sex. According Dzara, frequency of sex partners is not a size that is too important. On average the young couple have sex between one to several times a week, and he does not really matter as long as the frequency of quality.
Satisfaction of sex and physical intimacy. For wives, sexual satisfaction and physical intimacy will decrease the likelihood of divorce. But the quality of marriage, sexual gratification, and intimacy, and influence proved to have the same effect for wives. On the other hand, if the husband's sexual satisfaction is guaranteed, the probability of divorce is also decreased drastically.
"The couple where the husband has sexual gratification with a high physical intimacy, the divorce rate will be reduced when compared with their husbands with low sexual life satisfaction. Pairs with low sexual satisfaction experienced marital disruption likely around 83.7 percent," said Dzara.
Agreement about sex within marriage. When married, not infrequently the pasangangan establish an agreement for their sex life, for example, how many times sex will be carried out in a week, when the right time, to relate a convenient way for both parties. Somewhat surprisingly, this kind of agreement was not very influential in the divorce rate, because this is done on the basis of mutual agreement of both parties.
In conclusion, sex is important for a healthy marriage. For wives, sexual satisfaction and marital satisfaction are also factors that affect divorce rates. Satisfaction

Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor rushed to hospital again

Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor was rushed again to the hospital late Saturday, her family said.

The ailing actress was taken from her home to UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center, her daughter Francesca Hilton said. She did not provide details. Gabor has suffered major health problems in the last year, including hip replacement surgery and a leg amputation. She has been unable to walk since a 2002 car accident.

The Hungarian-born actress, the second of the three celebrated Gabor sisters, is famous for her many marriages and strong personality as well as her acting prowess. Her more prominent films include John Huston's Toulouse-Lautrec biopic, "Moulin Rouge," in 1952, "The Story of Three Loves" in 1953, "The Girl in the Kremlin" in 1957 and Orson Welles' 1958 cult classic, "Touch of Evil."

Personal
Gábor was born in Budapest, the second of three daughters (Magda, Sári, and Éva) born to Vilmos Gábor, a soldier, and Jolie Gábor (Janci Tilleman). She was named after the then top Hungarian actress Sári Fedák, who was also called Zsa Zsa because her daughter couldn't pronounce the name Sári. Gabor's maternal family was Jewish and her maternal grandparents died in the Holocaust. Biographers speculate that her paternal family were originally Jewish as well, but converted to Roman Catholicism in order to assimilate, although this has not been confirmed.

Following studies at a Swiss boarding-school, Zsa Zsa won the Miss Hungary beauty contest, in 1936, but was disqualified for being "underage." On a trip to Vienna the same year, she was discovered by the famous tenor Richard Tauber, and was invited to sing the soubrette rôle in his new operetta, Der singende Traum ("The Singing Dream"), at the Theater an der Wien. This was her first stage appearance and, at the time, she had a romance with a composer named Willi Schmidt-Kentner, according to the 1960 "bio-autobiography," Zsa Zsa Gábor, by Gerold Frank.

Siblings
Her sisters are Magda and Éva. All the Gabor sisters were both actresses and socialites. Éva is known for her role as the scatterbrained wife, Lisa Douglas, in the sitcom "Green Acres." Éva died in 1995 of respiratory failure from complications from food poisoning. Magda would often appear on talk shows as "One of the Gábor Sisters." Magda died in 1997 of kidney disease and renal failure.

Husbands
Zsa Zsa has been married nine times and divorced seven; one marriage was annulled. Her current husband, whom she married August 14, 1986, is Frédéric von Anhalt, the adopted son of Princess Marie Auguste of Anhalt, a member of the German nobility and daughter-in-law of the last Kaiser, Wilhelm II. This is her longest running marriage. Her husbands, in chronological order, are:

Burhan Belge (1937 - 1941) (divorced)
Conrad Hilton (10 April 1942 - 1947) (divorced)
George Sanders (2 April 1949 - 2 April 1954) (divorced)
Herbert Hutner (5 November 1962 - 3 March 1966) (divorced)
Joshua S. Cosden, Jr. (9 March 1966 - 18 October 1967) (divorced)
Jack Ryan (21 January 1975 - 1976) (divorced)
Michael O'Hara (27 August 1976 - 1982) (divorced)
Felipe de Alba (13 April 1983 - 14 April 1983) (annulled)
Frédéric von Anhalt (1986 - present)

Child
Zsa Zsa is the only Gábor sister to bear a child. According to Zsa Zsa's book, One Lifetime Is Not Enough, Conrad Hilton raped her, causing the pregnancy. Their only child (born after their divorce), is Francesca Hilton (Gabor) born 10 March 1947. In 2005, Zsa Zsa accused her daughter, Francesca, of larceny and fraud, and filed a lawsuit against her in a California court.

Home
Zsa Zsa purchased her house sometime between 1967 and 1975. It is located in Bel Air on Bel Air Road. Her home used to belong to Howard Hughes who built the house which is the cause for its eccentric looking french roof. She was not married at the time of the purchase making it possible, according to Zsa Zsa, to add for herself a three tiered closet that is thirty feet long, twelve feet wide, and fourteen feet high. The closet contains over 5,000 garments that are sorted through and given to charities (with the exception of her classically designed gowns) every one to two years. That means she gives about 30,000 dollars worth of designer clothing to charities every year.

Zsa Zsa's living there was cause for her marriage to her 6th husband, Jack Ryan. Ryan was her next door neighbor which was how they met. Zsa Zsa could slip in from her fence and cross into Mr. Ryan's back yard which was decorated like a child's dream, complete with tree house (where Jack wanted the wedding to be). Jack was the inventor of the Barbie Doll, Sparrow 3, and many other inventions and loved childrens toys. Zsa Zsa would invite him over continually until eventually he fell in love with her, and all this was possible because of Bel Air Road.

On June 14, 1989, Zsa Zsa was accused of slapping the face of a Beverly Hills police officer named Paul Kramer, when he stopped her for a traffic violation. She was found guilty of the assault in a well-publicized trial and sentenced to three days (72 hours) in the El Segundo jail (and required to pay $13,000 in court costs). She testified that her behavior had been provoked by the officer, who she said had behaved extremely rudely and insulted her with obscenities. According to the Rotten Library, "Gabor later complain[ed] that she was denied a jury of her peers, saying 'It was not my class of people. There was not a producer, a press agent, a director, an actor.'"

Gabor poked fun at her role in the incident in various cameo appearances:

in the 1993 film version of The Beverly Hillbillies: she claimed that the officer had slapped her in what was described as a "drive-by slapping,"
in A Very Brady Sequel: she gloated upon the publicity she earned from the incident,
in the November 18, 1991, season 2, episode 10 of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air: when Carlton accidentally slaps a cop when trying to slap his cousin Will, Zsa Zsa replies by saying "I have witnesses, it wasn't me," and when Hilary asks, "There's something that I'm just dying to know," Zsa Zsa says, "Yes, I did it...and he deserved to be slapped."

Recent health
Zsa Zsa was a passenger in an automobile accident that occurred November 27, 2002, that was initially reported as having sent her into a coma, but the report was in error. She was conscious by the time medical assistance arrived. She left the hospital in early January 2003, facing continued physical therapy. She sued and was awarded $2 million.

On July 7, 2005, Zsa Zsa suffered a massive stroke leaving her in critical condition at a local hospital. She underwent surgery to remove a blockage in her carotid artery. She returned home on the following July 15th and was said to be making a good recovery.

Top 10 Berlin experiences

Fifty years after the rise of the Berlin Wall, and now 22 years after its post-Wall rebirth, Berlin is a scene-stealing combo of glamour and grit, teeming with top museums and galleries, grand opera and guerrilla clubs, gourmet temples and ethnic snack shacks. Whether your tastes run to posh or punk, you can sate them in Berlin.
Despite its often hectic pace, Berlin functions on an exquisitely human scale. Traffic flows freely, public transportation is brilliant, you can walk without fear at night, clubs have no velvet ropes and your restaurant bill would only buy you a starter back home. Come and join the party and be swept away by the riches, quirks and vibrancy of this fascinating city. Here are ten things to add to the top of your list.

1. Channeling your inner-archaeologist at the Pergamon museum
An Aladdin's cave of treasures from ancient realms, the Pergamon museum is an essential entry on any list of must-see sights. Inside the vast complex, custom built on Museumsinsel (Museum Island) in 1930, is a feast of classical sculpture and monumental architecture from Greece, Rome, Babylon and the Middle East that will amaze and enlighten. Most of it was excavated and spirited to Berlin by German archaeologists at the turn of the 20th century.

2. Getting palace envy at Schloss Charlottenburg
An exquisite baroque palace, Schloss Charlottenburg evokes the onetime grandeur of the Prussian royals. It is particularly special to visit in the summer when you can fold a stroll, sunbathing session or picnic in the lush palace park into a day of peeking at royal treasures.

3. Losing your weekend on Berlin's sizzling dance floors
Berlin's reputation for intense and unbridled nightlife is rooted in the libertine 1920s when everyone from Marlene Dietrich to Christopher Isherwood partied like it was 1999. After reunification the club scene exploded, with the most vital venues taking over all sorts of dark, disused and derelict locations, from postal offices to power stations, bunkers to factories. From here, hard-edged techno conquered the world, using the impetus of reunification to tap into the simultaneous explosion of the UK rave scene and the popularity of ecstasy. Illegal and underground parties thrive, often taking over S-Bahn stations and trains, abandoned buildings, ATM foyers and other unlikely locales -- at least until the police show up.

4. Shopping for kitsch and couture in the Scheunenviertel
Retail therapy gets a unique Berlin twist in the Scheunenviertel, the ultimate shopping mecca for individualists. Boutiques here are edgy, stylish and definitely light years from high-street conformity. From couture to streetwear, home decorations to gourmet foods, accessories to art, you will find a diverse and mostly home-grown selection in this village-like labyrinth of lanes.

5. Standing before history at the Reichstag
Likely to give you more flashbacks to high-school history than any other Berlin landmark, this grand old building by Paul Wallot (1894) is where the German parliament, the Bundestag, has been hammering out its policies since 1999. This followed a total makeover by Lord Norman Foster, who preserved only the building's historical shell while adding the striking glass dome, which is accessible by lift.
In the '80s, megastars including David Bowie, Pink Floyd and Michael Jackson performed concerts on the lawn of the Reichstag, which rubbed up against the western side of the Berlin Wall. When word got out that East German fans were trying to eavesdrop from the other side, the stars turned some of the loudspeakers around, almost provoking an international incident!

6. Gaining insight into Jewish life at the Jewish Museum
Berlin's Jewish Museum (Jüdisches Museum) is an eye-opening, emotional and interactive journey through 2,000 years of Jewish history in Germany, not just the 12 years of Nazi horror that such presentations often focus on. This exhibit deftly navigates through all major historic periods, from the Roman era to the community's current renaissance, with stops in the Middle Ages and the Enlightenment.

7. Mingling with old masters at the Gemäldegalerie
About 1,500 works span the arc of artistic vision between the 13th and 18th centuries, with key canvasses by Rembrandt, Titian, Goya, Botticelli, Holbein, Gainsborough, Canaletto, Hals, Rubens, Vermeer and other heavy hitters.

8. Roaming, picnicking and carousing in the Tiergarten
Berlin's rulers used the grounds to hunt boar and pheasants before having them shaped into a public park by master landscape architect Peter Lenné in the 18th century. With its huge shady trees, groomed paths, woodsy groves, lakes, creeks and meadows, the Tiergarten is one of the world's largest city parks and a wonderful retreat from the city bustle. It is popular for strolling, jogging, Frisbee tossing, picnicking, grill parties, sunbathing and even gay cruising (especially around the Löwenbrücke).

9. Hobnobbing with high society on Kurfürstendamm
No trip to Berlin would be complete without a saunter along Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm for short) in Charlottenburg. Along with its continuation, the Tauentzienstrasse, it is the city's longest and busiest shopping strip, lined with everything from big department stores to high-street chains and designer boutiques for size zero fembots. Amid all this, the Gedächtniskirche (Memorial Church) stands quietly, if incongruously, as a poignant reminder of the absurdity of war.

10. Posing for pictures with the Brandenburg Gate
So where were you when the Berlin Wall fell? For tens of thousands the answer is 'at the Brandenburg Gate'. Who can forget the images of the crowds of euphoric revelers perched atop the Wall, hugging complete strangers and shaking hands with border guards? Amid cheers and champagne, the Cold War was over and a new era of hope and freedom began.

The 2011 Rugby World Cup

The 2011 Rugby World Cup has turned into a battle between the northern and the southern hemisphere. Rankings and continental pride is at stake and the pressure is very much on England, France, Wales and Ireland to prove they are a match for the best that New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Argentina have to offer.
Ireland’s shock win over Australia in the pool stage has left the draw split down geographical lines; nations north of the equator in one half, and countries south of it in the osther.
It means we won’t get to see north versus south until the final itself on Sunday October 23rd, and if England stumble along the way either Wales, Ireland or France will get the chance to become only the second European nation to be crowned world champions.
Interestingly, for all the improvements made by the smaller rugby nations at this World Cup there are no shock quarterfinalists. Argentina are the only side to get this far having been outside the top eight in the world rankings at the start of the tournament - and their qualification ahead of Scotland didn’t surprise many.
The way the draw has panned out, supporters in New Zealand and the millions watching across the globe can sit back and compare and contrast the four northern hemisphere countries against the rest.
On one hand, we have two historic Celtic nations – Ireland and Wales – doing battle on the same day as cross-Channel rivals England and France. On the other, a titanic clash between defending champions South Africa and the only other team to win the World Cup twice, Australia, while hosts New Zealand take on the 3rd placed team from 2007, Argentina.
There is still a strong sense among southern hemisphere rugby fans that their top sides are better and England’s 2003 triumph was a blip, fast disappearing in the rear view mirror as the mighty Wallabies, Springboks and All Blacks motor towards future World Cup success.
For those of us who want rugby’s world champions to come from as diverse a pool as possible, Wales, Ireland, England and France can’t just aim to win their matches. One of them must storm to victory; thrill us with power, pace and guile; allow the undoubted talent of their individuals to shine while still operating effectively as a team unit.
The big three of Australia, South Africa and New Zealand are usually always good at this.
Yes, each nation will only be thinking of itself right now but we’ve seen in golf’s continental team contests – the Ryder, President’s, Solheim and Walker Cups – that playing for a region can matter just as much as playing for your country.
Now is the time for northern hemisphere rugby to stamp its mark on the World Cup and to ruck and maul the initiative away from the game’s traditional powerhouses.

Many of the webmasters have more than one website

Link exchange is one of the most recent target of the search engine filters. Many of the webmaster have agreed on this, in order to improve their website ranking in search engines with the large number of inbound links. In exchange links, each link from our website that is in other people's websites, then in our website should also have links pointing to other people's websites. But many of those links that are irrelevant to our website and may be given only as a bonus only.

Many of the webmasters have more than one website. The website is sometimes linked between satudengan the other, and sometimes not. Therefore if you have many websites, you must be careful if you want to connect between your websites (interlinking). If you do interlinking multiple websites with the same IP address, this will be bad for your site because search engines will see that you have done something suspicious. Many of the webmasters who have tried to manipulate backlinks in this way, and this way is called the bombing a link. because of the link to your website with the same IP address.

One thing is for sure that this interlinking can not help you from the standpoint of the search engines. Another reason for using interlinking is to provide greater resources to the website visitors. But as much as possible do not use the same IP address.

Fennel few things you should consider in building backlinks. Among them is track your backlinks to tell which sites are linking to your site, How does the text of the backlink as a keyword to link to your website.

One of the tools that can help you is the Domain Stats Tool, this tool will show the backlinks from a domain such as Google, Yahoo, and Msn. Another tool that can help you is the Backlink Builder Tool. This tool will assist you in finding a quality backlink related to your site. The workings of this tool is to you to enter keywords of your website, then this tool will find related websites based on keywords that you use it.

To make a lot of backlinks

One way to earn money on the internet is to make a lot of backlinks because backlinks is the door fortune, especially for your internet marketing actors both in Indonesia or even the perpetrators of the internet marketing world.

The more backlinks you make, the more it will open the door of your fortune, and if a lot of luck doors open then it is likely to be money to be larger. Of course I'm referring to is the backlink, backlink to your website is the topic of business, selling, money, and so on.

Of course you already know what a backlink. Backlinks means more or less is a link to your blog from other blogs. Why are backlinks important? Because of backlinks is very influential on Pagerank (PR). The more backlinks the more PR is also your blog. Moreover, it's backlinks come from popular blogs.

Actually, to gain a backlink is not a difficult case. The trick is simple and easy to follow.
But you need to consider is the quality of backlinks, because quality backlinks but still slightly better than a lot of backlinks, but not quality. Currently the search engines consider keyword relevance on a website, then the search engine will calculate the amount of quality backlinks that are on the website.

A search engine will assess the quality of the link from the content / contents of a website, so when the inbound links on your website from other websites and websites that have content related to the content / contents of the inbound links your website will be considered more relevant to your site .

How many backlinks to PR2

Backlinks are also how a website is measured in terms of popularity and page rank. That is why the generation of backlinks is emphasized in SEO (Search Engine Optimization). A website is created with the purpose of being seen. Having a website is an opportunity to reach across borders and demographics to communicate your message.

Many websites are not able to reach this goal because they do not become visible in the eyes of the search engines. Unless someone types your website URL on their browser and visits your site directly, they will need to use a search engine to find your site. Perhaps you are a local flower shop that is contracted for weddings. If your website has a lot of local competition, it will be very hard, likely impossible, for your website to show up on the first few result pages without generating more backlinks than your competition.

How many backlinks to PR2 ??!! (About 3 months to get a pagerank 2)

It always amazes me the amount of interest and confusion that Google’s PageRank (both the algorithm and the toolbar number) attracts from webmasters. The confusion in this question comes from the assumption that all backlinks are equally considered by Google. If this was the case then indeed it would be possible to quantify how many backlinks you need to obtain a (nominal or real) PR1, a PR2, a PR3 and so on.
However, this is not how the PageRank algorithm works.

Suppose there is a link from page A to page B. The amount of “PageRank value” (also called link juice) that this link will pass depends on the PageRank of page A (i.e., the total value coming from the links pointing to page A), divided by the number of outgoing links on Page A.

As you can see, the total number of backlinks your site has only tells half of the story. The PageRank it will have will depend, in turn, on the PageRank of each page that is linking to you (and on the number of outgoing links on each of those pages).

In practical terms this means that getting a few backlinks from very authoritative sites will improve your PageRank much faster then getting hundreds of backlinks from low quality sites. In fact I have experiences with both situations. I had some sites that I just promoted with links from low quality web directories, and despite having hundreds of backlinks some of these sites never got a PR1. On the other hand I also had a website that had only 10 backlinks and got a PR3 on an update. That’s because one of those links was coming from TechCrunch.
