Tokyo, Japan asks Russia for help to send a special submarine to overcome the leakage of nuclear radiation on Daiich Fukushima nuclear power plant. This request is made after the Japanese release nuclear waste into the sea. After three weeks of the earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan, the Japanese engineers still can not control the leak in one reactor at the Fukushima nuclear power plant.
